This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Tizian Kirchmann, the developer of the mobile application Skat Counter (“Licensed Application”). By downloading or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the Licensed Application.
License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on devices running the Android operating system.
This license is for personal, non-commercial use only and does not grant you ownership of the Licensed Application or its content.
Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Licensed Application.
Share, sell, or redistribute the Licensed Application without prior written consent.
Use the Licensed Application in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
If you sell or transfer your device, you must remove the Licensed Application from it.
Data Handling
The Licensed Application stores all data locally on your device. No data is transferred externally or stored on servers.
Advertisements displayed within the app are managed by Google Ads. Ad personalization and data handling are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). The app provides users with a consent mechanism for ad personalization as required by GDPR.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Licensed Application is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. While efforts are made to ensure the app functions as intended, the developer does not guarantee that it will be free from defects, interruptions, or errors.
Liability Limitation
The developer is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Licensed Application, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Users are responsible for creating backups of their data to avoid data loss.
Updates
The developer may provide updates to the Licensed Application. Updates may replace, repair, or supplement the application. Continued use of the Licensed Application indicates acceptance of updates and their terms.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. The developer may terminate the license if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete the Licensed Application from your device.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved under German jurisdiction.
